The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in executing successful marketing campaigns and driving brand awareness. You will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, attract new customers, and achieve our business goals. Domain expertise preferred: Any prior experience in marketing with planning and implementing campaigns for hospitality brands (preferred), or luxury/travel/lifestyle brands, D2C or agencies. Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. 2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. 3. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and traditional marketing. 4. Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and campaigns, maintaining brand identity and integrity. 5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs, and use this information to inform marketing strategies. 6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI. 7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies. 8. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving company objectives. 9. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and other marketing collateral. 10. Campaign Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Requirements : 1. Master's degree in Marketing or relevant field 2. 6-8 years of hands-on marketing experience 3. Excellent understanding of B2B & B2C marketing. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills. 5. Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth. 6. Ability to remotely create and manage marketing strategies. 7.
