Job Description :

- The incumbent will be working as a permanent employee in one of the most cutting edge joint ventures of the real estate industry between a leading construction promoter of Pune and an international emerging technology enabled smart housing solution provider.

- The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end IoT digital platform and would be required to integrate smart technologies into the housing projects.

Our client is a joint venture between one of the most trusted real estate developers of Pune and a tech centric smart housing organization based out of London. The London based organization has already developed smart housing neighborhoods in other countries and is now embarking on an exciting journey in India.

Job Description : 

- Integrating emerging technologies into smart housing projects and in-house digital platforms

- Managing the IoT Digital Platform end-to-end

- Manage Digital Platform budget details, PO's and budget reconciliation

- Direct and lead the process to create a competitive and consistent digital customer experience, ideation, solution design, architectural discipline and continuous collaboration

- Incorporate advisors, plan sponsors and other technical solutions into the design

- Manage the development of the smart housing app, adding specific customizations with outsourced agencies and consultants

- Collaborating with stakeholders - internal & external and scouting the right vendors for smart housing automation equipment

- Managing and leading a team in the medium to long term

Profile: 

Must Haves:

- Knowledge of digital platforms and working of various smart housing hardware and software

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent work experience

- Knowledge of the application of technology to the web and mobile app

- Ten years of experience in digital, including planning, creating and executing customer- cantered design, including three years in a project management role

The Ideal Candidate:

- In depth understanding of housing automation, business automation

- Familiar with smart housing tech: smart meters, smart street lighting, smart sensors

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
