Digital Transformation - Supply Chain/Logistics
- The purpose of the role is to help the organization set and execute digital initiatives that will monetize data, drive digital revenue, improve customer experiences and employee engagements, optimize operations, and create new business value.
- The incumbent will oversee teams that use agile, data-driven, and digital solutions to address the human factors that affect an organization's capacity to achieve its strategic goals. These factors 2 include the way the workforce is structured, how to define and develop the workforce, and how to cultivate, engage, evolve, measure, and incentivize the workforce.
- Develop the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plan(s) for the full lifecycle of technical implementation and new technology initiatives using the company's exclusive methodology and tools.
- Identify tools and technologies (internal and external), which will transform the business and positively impact top line
- Map out stakeholder journeys (all external stakeholders) to improve stickiness, conversions, satisfaction
- Conduct assessments of corporate culture, performance, and change readiness while leading one or more teams to build and implement digital, data visualizations of our work products for customers.
- Define prospects for future learning that will allow the application of digital transformational technologies.
- Ensure that digital initiatives are fully integrated with the strategic-planning process, including leadership commitment and resource allocation
- Accountable for key areas - digitization, Analytics and Operations.
- Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
- Establishment of the digital capability to deliver an organization wide customer centric transformation in alignment with the overall Group and Business's vision and strategies\
- Be the activist and the promoter of digital technologies for driving a top-down digital culture and work as a cross functional change agent across the organization
