Digital Transformation : Process Consulting : Performance Improvement
Job Role :
The Role will be involved in providing objective advise, expertise, guidance and specialist skills with the aim of achieving the project targets. The manager will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of consultants and senior consultants independently on a client engagement
- Orchestrating the entire client engagement and deliverables
- Leading the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations
- Managing and resolve any client escalations
- Driving client workshops with senior executive level stakeholders independently
- Program management to ensure client deliverables are completed within planned timelines
- Demonstrating significant industry / solution expertise
- Act as an SME in one or more of the below areas for Technology sector clients
- Operations/ Process transformation - L2O, O2C, R2R, P2P, KPI design
- EBITDA improvement
- Managing project economics around invoicing, collections and margins
- Support business development activities by putting together proposals for client pursuits
- Contributing to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views
- Building a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach
- Assist in resolving people issues
- Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies
- Contribute to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence
- Manage senior external/internal stakeholders independently
Professional Background :
- 5 to 10 years of relevant post MBA experience - Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (Business excellence / functional role/ Solution/ Strategy)
- Experience in one or more of below areas
- Process optimization experience in process areas like Lead to Order(L2O), Order to Cash(O2C), Record to report(R2R), Procure to Pay(P2P) etc.
- EBITDA improvement programs
- In-depth domain knowledge of Technology sector. Should have worked in any one or more of following sub-sectors of technology sector - IT/ITeS/GIC/SSC, Engineering services, BPO, Semiconductors, IT Hardware, Software, Internet and e-commerce
- Knowledge of current technology landscape, trends and solutions
- Relevant consulting experience with Big 4 is preferred
- Industry experience of managing functions under controllership, FP&A, Revenue mgmt., transactional finance, etc. especially within the professional services domain
- Exposure to data management and analytics
Preferred Skills :
- Expertise in two or more of the areas listed - Process transformation/ EBITDA improvement/ Enterprise KPI and data definition/ Go to Market Strategy / Business planning
- Hands on experience with different data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
