- BFSI Digital transformation experience for at least 8+ years Identify the right tech & Platform to improve our Business Process.
- Learn, explore, scout around industry & identify good vendors which will help to get new client acquisition and existing customer seamlessly
- Ensure the tools and experience of our products which our customers will experience and measure the success
- Responsible for automation of business process across all functions
- Customer business/process issues and translate them into business requirements, champion innovative changes with technology-enabled solutions.
- S/he should be able to take ownership for delivery of strategic initiative for (re)insurance sector touching multiple process areas, Lobs, geographies and technologies
- Develop programs to implement transformational change which will enable the organization to deliver products and services which are highly efficient and effective with quality and user-centric.
- S/he should be able to manage stake-holder's expectations within and outside the organization, including the board
- S/he should be able to influence people (within and outside his/her line management remit) to align with the program objective
- S/he should be able to manage multiple parallel projects running under the program through the central team, tracking their progress, raising risk/issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders etc.
- The role is responsible for building existing digital solutions as well as identifying new solutions that will accelerate and provide a competitive advantage
