Digital Manager - Banking & Finance
The digital transformation projects consist of working with multiple levers such as - Lean Six Sigma, Workflow, RPA, Content Extraction, Conversational AI, and Analytics. The Lifecycle of the project role will consist of- Current State Mapping, Data/Trend Analysis, Opportunity Identification for multiple digital levers, To Be State Creation, Business Case and Project Management of the Execution.
Client / Stakeholder Management :
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation ability to connect with customers and work with Global teams
Team Management :
- Coordination with development team, infra set-up for initial solution design
- Support resource alignment (hiring and onboarding)
Project Management :
- Manage delivery and blue printing of Digital projects
- Develop and maintain project plan for assigned projects
- Ensure timely report out of project progress to client through weekly / monthly governance calls / updates
- Highlighting key risks and issues
Compliance / Risk :
- Proactive identification of risks and issues. Prepares mitigation strategies and plans to resolve these issues.
- Adhering to the compliance policies and methodologies of DMT / Project Compliance Team
