Looking for a Strategic Technology Leader who can give directions to the Organization /client in terms of Digitalization of Business project.
Role:
Current: Lead ERP and HCM roll out of the company
- Take the bottom-line responsibility for successful implementation
- Manage Cost/Schedule and Quality
- Manage stakeholders' expectations and deliver business value accordingly
- Drive partner teams (Product and Implementation) effectively and with authority
- Co-ordinate organizational change
- Engage company's internal business teams effectively and channelize them towards success of the program
Future: To be groomed to lead CIS-Applications team
The ideal candidate will be someone with:
-Relevant years of experience with a Tier 1 consulting organization; last 10 years should be in leadership roles with significant and independent responsibilities
- 15+ years of rich experience of implementing and supporting enterprise applications like ERP and HCM, Peoplesoft
- Good experience of driving change within the organization as part of significant technology transformation programs
- 2-3 years of experience of leading independent unit with full financial control
- Experience of working in internal IT roles earlier. Understands the complexities involved and is willing to adapt
- Ability to drive C level conversations and able to define solutions based on high level problem definition. Should be able to deliver significant business value; drive business case preparation and approval independently
- Deep understanding of Finance, HR and Service Delivery; preferably at a Professional Services Company with experience of defining next generation business processes and associated technology solution
- Ability to innovate to meet the organizational strategic needs without compromising the tactical/operational requirements.
- Good at internal/external stakeholder management
- Comes equipped with detailed/hands-on approach
- Ability to manage vendors independently - should be able negotiate, drive and own contracts and delivery
- Ability to scale into non-ERP/HCM areas like Salesforce, Business Intelligence, Custom Applications, Mobile Applications etc.
- Lead a team of 50 people of diverse backgrounds. Identify, recruit and nurture right talent
