Digital Lead - Banking & Finance
The digital transformation projects consist of working with multiple levers such as - Lean Six Sigma, Workflow, RPA, Content Extraction, Conversational AI, and Analytics. The Lifecycle of the project role will consist of- Current State Mapping, Data/Trend Analysis, Opportunity Identification for multiple digital levers, To Be State Creation, Business Case and Program Management.
Program Management :
- Manage delivery of multiple projects run by delivery team
- Solution development using industry best practices from ideation to successful completion
- Responsible for maintaining the Governance and reporting on projects to Business units, Leadership, clients
- Find critical path and define success criteria for assigned projects
- Practice standard development process leveraging agile & iterative methodologies
Client / Stakeholder Management :
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation ability to connect with global customers and work with Global teams
Team Management :
- Collaborate with core and extended teams across the enterprise for deployment of Digital Solutions
- Collaborate with teams to strategize and execute value and innovation
- Partner with engagement /client leads to create client digital roadmap
- Ability to manage work independently with minimal supervision
Value Delivery :
- Provide insights on solution basis managed projects / delivery, product implementation and domain driven development (preferred)
Compliance / Risk
- Proactive identification of risks and issues. Prepares mitigation strategies and plans to resolve these issues.
- Adhering to the compliance policies and methodologies of DMT / Project Compliance Team
