Digital Transformation Consultant - Capital Market/Investment Banking

Role :

It's about re-imagination of existing business processes and creation of New Services to help customers navigate their Digital Journeys through a combination of Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, Intelligent Automation and deep domain expertise to drive 'Impactful' experience and effectiveness.

JD :

- Be part of Financial Services (FS) practice within digital solution design.

- Lead FS delivery globally for multiple accounts or single account with multiple engagements

- Develop the FS practice with new solutions

- Responsible for business development efforts - response to RFXs, creation of collaterals and presales support

- Be engaged in short but intense consulting, Due Diligence, PoC exercise to win the implementation project

- Develop thought leadership Point of Views, methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, collaterals to support transformation projects and pursuit/solution design

- Work with stakeholders across units to conceptualize, design, evangelize, and operationalize solutions in emerging spaces

- Identify whitespaces and conceptualize solution areas through use case articulation, user story creation and wireframing

Requirements:

- Proven solution design and practice development skills

- Exposure to product and services implementations in end-to-end FS eco system

- Exposure to working for a 3rd party services provider in a Practice development/Solution Design role

- Ability to operate in a complex environment and aligning diverse internal/external teams to achieve program outcomes

- Experience in digital strategy engagements for FS clients using key emerging technologies likes Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Social & Mobility.

- Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing and/or shared services operations.

- Strong Consulting and Domain skills & demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation efforts in business processes.

- Shared services and outsourcing advisory for global organizations (preferred)

- Prior experience in diving automation initiative by conducting business process reviews to identify the use cases for automation.

- Knowledge of leading RPA, Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR), Self-Serve options
