Our client, a global consulting firm, is working on a large-scale digital transformation project with a public sector bank in India. The project aims to drive the digitisation of the bank's product portfolio and enhance customer and employee journeys. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in transforming the bank's technology landscape.
Below summarises the responsibilities of the consultant:
- Lead the digitisation efforts for key banking products, focusing on customer journeys such as loans and liabilities accounts
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for digitising employee journeys, including compliance and HR processes
- Leverage automation technologies like RPA, AI, and ML to streamline back-end banking operations
- Deliver high-quality work within the defined project timeline and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Act as a key contributor within the project team, providing expertise and guidance to achieve successful outcomes
- Take ownership of all assigned tasks by employing a project management framework to ensure their effective delivery
- Present findings and recommendations to clients
- Implement recommendations or solutions and provide necessary assistance to the client
- Manage the overall module while collaborating with the rest of the team
An ideal candidate would have:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in the banking industry
- A post-graduation degree from a top tier university is preferred
- Effective communication and senior stakeholder management skillset
This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12-month contract. The selected consultant will be required to be based out of Pune for the duration of this project.
