Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to understand hiring requirements
- Work across hirings for D2C and marketing roles
- Develop & implement TA strategies that are in line with the business.
- Lead and take care of digital hirings, and build the entire D2C space for brands
Candidate Profile:
- 5-10 years of experience
- Conceptually strong & practical orientation
- Digital Hiring exposure is must.
- High maturity levels as the incumbent will be partnering with stakeholders.
