We are currently seeking Digital Strategy consultants with hands on industry experience, who are looking for exciting and challenging career with the Digital team, with responsibility for leading strategy and guidance to towards digital transformation for major clients across industries.
As Digital Strategy Lead the key aspects of your role will be to:
- Work with our marquee customers digital transformation programmes - advising them on the strategy and transformation
- Cultivate and grow senior client relationships in digital advisory capacity
- Evangelise and promote digital innovation programmes - Digital evangelist shaping and - selling- strategic programmes and solutions to key stakeholders (clients or internal)
- Develop and establish oneself as an industry and digital- thought leader
Profile
- Digital and Industry subject matter expert with experience in defining and executing digital strategies and transformation initiatives for large-scale organisations in target industries.
- Ability to understand a client's business organization, as well as industry and segment trends
- Willingness to travel extensively to support the needs of the business
- Digital evangelist shaping and - selling- strategic programmes and solutions to key stakeholders (clients or internal)
Experience:
- Overall experience of more than 12 years.
- Executive presence: Ability to engage the client at various levels (including the C-Level) of their organization, strong presentation and facilitation skills, ability to structure and facilitate workshops, ability to identify opportunities for digital transformation programs - on his/her feet- .
- Significant experience in a top consulting organization or equivalent
- Deep Industry and Domain experience. Specific expertise in driving top line centric consulting engagements with focus on markets/ customers/ consumers/ influencers. The candidate should have sales & marketing domain experience in the B2C or B2B2C scenario.
- Should have worked extensively in sectors such as CPG, Retail, Consumer Durables, Electronics etc.
- Should have breadth of knowledge across and depth in one or two of the enabling digital technologies. Should have good understanding of application of Advanced Analytics in sales, marketing & supply chain/ distribution. Experience in - Design Thinking- approach would be a plus.
- Good understanding of emerging technologies like Cognitive, AI/Deep Learning, IoT/E and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Qualified to degree level or professional equivalent from Tier 1 college/ institute is required; M.B.A. or Master's in a relevant discipline from a top school or university strongly preferred.
