Job description -
1) Build the digital strategy roadmap in conjunction with the CIO and implementing the same .
2) Guide the department through the strategic planning and execution process, ensuring the digital activities remain aligned with the overarching corporate strategy
3) Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget for the initiatives launched under the strategy.
4) Develop digital strategy to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
5) Liaise with Product, Research and Marketing team to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
6) To design strategy and implement the same for delivering seamless customer journey.
7) Work closely / Lead the analytics team to ensure data-driven approach is always improving and supporting the group's strategy
8) Coordinate with the Sales and Revenue teams to provide them with the appropriate digital tools to further improve the acquisition and conversion of customers across segments, with special focus on digital client communication
9) Liaison with different vendors providing digital services (content, design, communication) and establish quality and cost effective working arrangements with these partners
10) Ensure compliance with regulatory norms (digital) and industry best practices while ideating and executing digital initiatives
Desired Skills -
1) Excellent analytical and project management skills.
2) MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
3) Work experience in digital strategy, change or program management, operations transformation, technology adoption, digital collaboration (need at least two of these)
4) Experience managing teams and stakeholders, and an orientation towards achieving results
