Position name : Digital Strategist
Responsibilities:
The Digital Strategist is responsible for the development, execution, and success of digital strategies on multiple accounts. The individuals should be social media and technology savvy, who is a self-motivated go-getter with high energy, good communication skills and has the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
The individual leads teams, projects, and digital campaigns & is the main client interface partnering with the client’s team. The individual should ensure we strategize and execute ground breaking, award winning campaigns & is also responsible for leading, training, coaching, and mentoring a team of digital specialists and associates.
Digital Strategists drive our clients' digital strategies - delivering award winning campaigns, ensuring the right mix of owned, earned, and paid media is utilized at the right time. They also envision and deliver client training.
The key responsibilities will be:
- Develop unique digital strategies that fits the client asks/needs of the brand/organization
- Successfully present the digital strategies thought out with clear success matrix
- Over exceed success matrix objectives on all client digital campaigns
- Execute projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget
- Lead business development activities including digital audits, pitch decks, with innovative strategies
- Manage client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays
- Proactively keep abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
- Develop a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes.
- Integrate with the PR teams seamlessly
Desired Candidate profile:
Ideal candidate should have a start-up mentality, superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing, strong relationship management, ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams, ability and strong interest in Digital Marketing. Should be in tune with industry trends and changes.
Experience - 4 to 6 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience required) with at least 1 year in leading a team.
Education – Graduate or Post Graduate in Communication or Marketing.
