- This is a full-time, internal corporate position working on the Digital Agency side of the organization based out of Bangalore.
- Lead and advance relationships with large enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction with project deliverable and looking past current projects to identify and secure new project business opportunities. This is - account management- as many agencies define it.
- Contribute digital marketing strategy expertise to client projects, producing or contributing to deliverable such as strategy briefs, marketing program road maps, competitive analyses, user experience analyses, etc.
- Partner with internal project team leaders (project manager, development manager, executive team, creative and technical teams) to ensure successful project execution, on time and on budget.
- Experience developing and leading enterprise-level digital marketing strategies and tactical execution plans for primarily web-based projects.
- Proven subject matter expertise in advanced digital marketing skill sets such as content strategy, experience personalization, web analytics and/or marketing automation. Example deliverable must be provided
- Agency-type experience (e.g. marketing agency, systems integrator, consulting firm) managing client relationships with IT and/or marketing stakeholders from the senior executive level on down; presentation design and delivery included.
- Experience leveraging advanced web technology platforms to support complex digital marketing strategies. other enterprise-scale web experience platforms desirable. (This is not a technical position, but an understanding of current web technology capabilities is key.)
- Understanding of project management processes, and web development and design life cycle.
