Digital Specialist - FMCG

Key Accountabilities :

- Analyses brands and communication needs in digital

- Leads development and implementation of specific templates and components for marketing needs

- Supports omni channel implementation and launch of micro sites, non-commercial marketing capabilities and tools across the region in cooperation with IT department and sub regional digital teams

- Responsible for the communication of digital marketing tools across the region

- Manages and coordinates AEM platform on business functional level and connected localization capabilities such as Clay tablet and World Server

- Leads implementation of localization capabilities across the region on sub regional demand

- Manages and coordinates digital assets repository

- Leads regional enhancements for the above in cooperation with IT department

- Responsible for communication about brand next across the region

- Manages and coordinates the requests for The Voice platform

- Supports the surveys on The Voice platform

- Monitors, review and reports on digital marketing activities

Key Qualifications Required/Pre-requisites :

- Bachelor degree in digital, marketing, communications or related field

- 3+ years experience in digital or/and communication area

- Strong knowledge of digital area, personal interest in web, mobile etc.

- Experience and knowledge in CMS systems and related technologies

- Good skills in project management and PM methodologies

- SEO and SEM knowledge necessary

- Highly dynamic person with track record of delivering results and making changes happen

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Ability to work under hard time pressure

- Ability to work in sometimes highly technical environment

- Excellent organisational skills.

- Result and performance oriented person

- Fluency in the English language (written and verbal) is a MUST; any additional European language is an advantage

- Some international travel
