Focus of the Function:
Partner with regional and global clients to provide advisory services in F&A tools and technologies
The role entails creating and articulation of the most optimal solution managing risk, tech, effectiveness and costs to the client. This will be both in Verbal and Written form. The DSA should also be able to enhance company deal win ratio & margins through the right solution. This will require people leadership, in-depth understanding of our delivery model, and client relationship management. They will contribute to the creation of collaterals and white papers

- CPA/CA /MBA

Key Roles and Responsibilities Knowledge, Experience, Education External & internal contacts
- Ability and ownership to build tailor made tech BPM solutions for F&A processes
- To be able to architect a full end to end solution specific to client needs - should have understanding of how process, technology and analytics can be leveraged to address client needs
- Partner with best of breed technology vendors in F&A Services to launch new service offerings
- Package / Bundle technology components with process to address industry pain areas.
- Interact with analysts and establish company as a market leader in F&A services
- To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients along the F&A spectrum to help them raise their performance to new heights.
- Develop industry leading tech solutions - become newsworthy among Indian providers
- Represent the tech solutions in public forum; conceptualize and develop thought leading content
- Contribute to developing and executing on the domestic and global strategy
- Focus on market development, unique execution frameworks, bundling of technology & process to accelerate strategy execution
- Carve out and articulate Solution in a way that resonates well with the Prospect's context. Solution that benefits the Prospects and Simple and is easy to implement from a prospect stand point.
- Work with the Internal Teams by collaborating and staying ahead of the curve when it comes deadlines
- Work with the Key Stake holders at the Prospect's end and advisors to the deals if any
Essential
- MBA / CA / CPA with 12 - 15 years domain experience + consulting experience
- Prior solutioning and consulting experience
- Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace
- Project Management Skills
- Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
