As the Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for online sales for a few emerging product categories of the company.
You will also be involved in ensuring and managing KRAs and competencies for the completeness of the deliverable.
What you will do:
1) Tele-sales team management (70%)
a. Sales team operational management
- Target fixation
- Sales planning
- Organizing and developing plans for achievement of sales targets
- Managing the sales processes
- Ensuring effective use of CRM, IVR, Chat and ATC systems
b. Coaching and training
- Being an effective and inspiring communicator
- Being a Motivational leader for the team
- Hiring and selecting the right salespeople
- Performance management
c. The product, market, and company understanding
- Superior product understanding
- Having all exam details at fingertips and do not need to Google for Exam calendar, syllabus, eligibility criteria, college cut-off scores
- Being conversant with the company's history, founders, vision and values
2) Online marketing campaign management (30%)
a. Campaign strategy
- Marketing fundamentals
- Campaign planning
b. Campaign management and analysis
- Familiarity with paid marketing channels ( AdWords, FB)
- Having knowledge and being comfortable with SEO
- Marketing automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring
- Project management
- Having Analytical skills & Creative skills
c. Copy and design sensibilities
- Using Conversion Rate Optimization techniques
- Having Copywriting and content-writing ability
- Knowledge of Graphics design basics
Candidate Profile:
- MBA and/or Engineering degree with relevant industry experience
- Sales/BD experience or Internship/Pre MBA experience is a great plus
- Strong and demonstrable understanding of various Ad networking tools, Google analytics & SEO
- Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills
- Good Writing Skills suitable for digital campaigns
- Able to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
- Strong analytics skills
- Extremely polished communication skills
- Flexible for 6 days a week working with rotational off (Sunday will be working)
Salary offered - 8-12 LPA
