Position Summary
- Responsible for driving and achieving Annual Business Plan of Online/Digital Sales by developing effective Marketing and product strategy. Provide inputs for technology, newer products, marketing trends and competitive insight into the business.
Strategic and Functional
- Develop and execute launch strategy for all online platforms
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search and SEO for lead generation and online traffic diversion.
- Manage Market-Place alliances and vendor management
- Document Scope, use cases, workflows, wireframes, design and product requirements and other materials as needed to support UX design and development.
- Strong understanding of API's, with proven track record of managing, programs that enable API's.
- Search engine optimization, Web trends, Web analytics, Pay Per Click, Google Adwords, Online Media planning, Media buying, Business Intelligence, Research Analyst, Client Service, Competition Monitoring, Market Research, Online Marketing.
- Digital & Mobile Media marketing strategy, media planning & implementation, Communication Development, Campaign Management and Operations, Response Management, Co-ordination with E-marketing Agency/s & relationship management.
Sales and Margin
- Responsible for driving Digital Sales and Online Margins.
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Liaise with marketing & technology team for generation of leads.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Contribute to business through Direct Mailers, Digital Marketing and other lead generation activities.
- Lead the Customer Relation Management (CRM) initiatives.
- Retain and increase enrollment to the Loyalty Program.
