- Developing DIY journey on partners' digital platform
- Good knowledge of latest cutting-edge technologies, tools, process, framework, etc.
- Responsible for developing end to end D2C product journey - requirement gathering, writing BRD, managing UI design, managing development activity, UAT/CUG testing, backend integration, production movement, etc.
- Collaborative - managing internal and external stakeholders
- Should have understanding of insurance products
- Analyse customer and product trends, using data for enhancing customer experience and business opportunity
