Job Summary
The Product Manager for LMS will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of our LMS products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of LMS functionalities, experience with diallers, and a preference for candidates with a background in life insurance.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision
- Develop and implement the digital product strategy for integrating life
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LMS solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product objectives with business goals.
Product Development and Management
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Work closely with the development & QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, market demand, and business impact.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including senior management, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from internal teams and customers to inform product decisions.
User Experience and Customer Focus:
- Ensure the LMS products deliver an exceptional user experience and meet customer/user needs.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
Technical Knowledge and Dialler Integration:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of LMS functionalities and best practices.
- Have basic knowledge of dialler systems and how they integrate with LMS platforms.
- Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of diallers with the LMS products.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure the LMS comply with organisation's standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment.
Candidate Profile
- BE in Technology
- Min 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with LMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of dialler systems and their integration with LMS.
- Experience in the life insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices.
