Digital Product Manager - Insurance Firm

We have an opening for Digital Product Manager with a Leading Insurance Company.

Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibility:

Primary Accountabilities:

- Product Roadmap and plan: Create a digital product plan and put it into action to integrate life insurance products with bank partners.

- Establish and rank the product roadmap in order to satisfy consumer demands and corporate goals.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with bank partners to comprehend their needs, difficulties, and possibilities.

- To guarantee alignment and successful product delivery, cultivate strong connections with internal stakeholders, such as the sales, marketing, IT, and operations teams.

Management of Integration:

- Take the lead in integrating digital products with bank partners' platforms and systems from start to finish.

- Assure smooth and effective integration procedures, such as system compatibility, data mapping, and API creation.

- Product Development: Take charge of the planning, creation, and implementation of digital insurance solutions made specifically for bank partner channels.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary groups to produce superior digital encounters that satisfy.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in information technology, business, marketing, or a similar discipline. A master's degree is recommended.

- Two or more years of expertise managing digital products, ideally in the financial services or life insurance sectors.

- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage the integration of digital products with bank partners.

- Solid knowledge of life insurance services and products.

- Strong leadership and project management abilities in leading cross-functional teams.

- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Agile development methodology experience is advantageous.

Desired Capabilities:

- Knowledge of system integration and API development.

- Knowledge of the rules governing the banking and insurance industries.

- Proficiency with consumer feedback platforms and digital analytics tools.

- Expertise in Jira.
