We have opening for Digital Product Manager ( Lead Management and Tele / Bank Partner Integration) with leading Insurance Company.

Job Role :

Product Strategy and Vision & Roadmap :

- Create and put into action a digital product strategy that integrates life Describe the LMS solutions' product vision, strategy, and roadmap. and bank partners' life insurance products.

Product Development and Management :

- Manage the complete product lifetime, including continuing optimisation and launch and launch planning. Assist the development and quality assurance teams closely to guarantee prompt and excellent product delivery.

- Manage the creation, implementation, and testing of digital insurance solutions suited for bank partner channels.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Share product plans, developments, and outcomes with key stakeholders, such as senior management, marketing, sales, and customer service departments. Compile and combine input from customers and internal teams to guide product choices.

- Work closely with bank partners to comprehend their needs, difficulties, and possibilities.

- To guarantee alignment and successful product delivery, cultivate strong connections with internal stakeholders, such as the sales, marketing, IT, and operations teams.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization :

- Track important data and product performance to evaluate the effectiveness of bank partner integrations.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of your product and pinpoint areas that need work.

Compliance and Risk Management :

- Verify that the LMS complies with best practices, rules, and standards of the organisation. Determine and reduce the risks connected to the creation and implementation of new products.

- Verify that all integrations and digital goods adhere to applicable laws and industry standards.

- Recognise and reduce risks related to the integration and development of digital products.
