Job Role: Digital Product Manager-Customer Activation- Bank
This is a critical role to manage customer activation & post onboarding experience with digital channels
- Responsible for managing activation of customer
- Responsible for managing all modes of payments & drive ATS across each channel
- Responsible for customer on-boarding on digital channels
- Initiate customer spends
- Manage CLCM campaigns to educate customer
- Increase customer awareness about product & app features
- Responsible for defining & executing special initiatives for
- Never funded base
- Never logged in base
- Work with Various channel Social / Whatsapp / OCC / Traditional channels to drive campaigns & measure efficiencies
- Customer Research on various activation KPIs & close loop same with a product to improve customer journeys
- Work with various stakeholders (Portfolio & Technology) to come out with new simplified product journeys
Job Requirements:
- Individual with 3+ years of experience
- Product management experience is a must
- Strong analytical mindset to drive insights from data
- Awareness of New Age engagement technology
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
