Role- Digital Product Management
Client: A Reputed General Insurance Co.
Analytics:
1. To analyze the reasons for VOP with budget, publish periodic dashboards/performance metrics
2. To monitor the product mix/channel mix/demographic mix
3. To analyze & suggest ways for increasing penetration & retention.
4. To analyze & identify cohorts for upsell & cross sell
Parametric/New-edge product:
1. To offer the relevant product to relevant channel & also provide easy to understand product related content, covering all key features of products, on the website
2. To ideate/benchmark/co-create/co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders for new product development.
3. Drive website and call center conversion rates
4. Identify areas of digital user experience improvement for the entire customer life cycle
5. In-depth analysis of website traffic, quotes, conversion and sales data to gauge campaign effectiveness in targeted markets and tweak campaign strategy.
6. Monitor portfolio construct & profitability and provide actionable to achieve targeted product profitability & business growth.
7. Achieve targeted customer retention rates. Design and implement processes and programs for increased retention.
