Digital Product Launch Consultant - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual

Our client, a global consulting firm, is working on a transformation project for a leading player in the automotive sector. To support this initiative, they are seeking a Digital Product Launch Consultant with a strong background in digital product scaling, sales, service, and digital marketing.

This is a client-facing role based onsite in Gurgaon for a 12-month contract (extendable). The Consultant will play a crucial role in launching and scaling an existing automotive app, driving user adoption, and leading change management initiatives across multiple business functions. Success in this role will be measured by the growth and engagement of the app, increased digital sales and service efficiencies, and successful stakeholder adoption.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the scaling and optimization of an existing automotive app across sales and service functions.

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance user adoption and engagement.

- Implement change management initiatives to ensure seamless integration across departments.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, IT, and marketing.

- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on execution to align digital initiatives with business goals.

- Report directly to senior stakeholders within the client organization.

- Ensure project milestones are met, and continuously optimize the digital strategy based on performance metrics.

Your Background:

- 10+ years of experience in digital product launch and scaling.

- Proven track record of scaling digital products across multiple functions (e.g., sales, service).

- Strong experience in digital marketing and change management.

- Ability to thrive in a client-facing role, managing senior stakeholders effectively.

- Background in automotive, mobility, or related sectors preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
