We are looking for an experienced product manager to join us in building the next gen of SMB Banking solutions. In this role you will be responsible for directing product development. You'll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities -
- Devise Product Strategy: Define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact.
- Conceptualize new solutions: Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data driven and test & iterate approach. Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a longterm view. Ensures value-based prioritization of product objectives.
- Build products: Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product specifications, well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria. effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time.
- Test Products: Collaborate with the Engineering team to test product experience and functionality throughout test cycles.
- Launch products: Draft and execute a go-to-market plan for internal customers. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.
- Actively measure conversion across the product funnel, interpret trends and identify opportunities to innovate and improve
- Gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas, improve customer experience, and drive growth
- Clearly communicate plans, insights, data, and results to executives, other product teams, cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, finance
- Supervise and measure launched products and use data for product refinement.
- Define the metrics to ship with your features to measure usage and other success indicators, monitor those metrics, and determine if the work is successful.
- Monitor product performance: proactively checking and monitoring products for functional and technical issues, and potential breaks. Answering and fulfilling requests for new services, fixes, and tickets for problems. Updating status reports on problems and recording solutions
The Requirements -
- 8+ years of technical product development/management experience.
- Experience in working with financial service Industry is a must
- Experience in SaaS or ERP solutions - like SAP FICO, SAP MM modules, or SAP Business One is a great advantage
- Proven hands-on experience in writing PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, lowfidelity prototypes, and functional testing
- Experienced in leading a product team with a minimum of 10 team members
- Experienced in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.
- Hands-on programming/tech expertise is an advantage.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.
- Good understanding of Mobile Apps, Mobile Operating Systems, and Digital banking/finance apps in the market
- Proactive, self-driven and highly motivated.
