Digital Product Area Owner - New Master Finance

Role Summary :

- As the Digital Area Product Owner (DPAO) of New Master Finance, you will lead a global team responsible for driving key functionality.

- You will actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi- cultural environment.

- It is important you have a continuous improvement mind-set. You work together with Project stakeholders for planning of the delivery of the solution.

Essential :

- Develop a team that is highly experienced, skilled, hungry to learn and implement new SAP technologies.

- Line Management responsibilities for all resources in New Master Finance team which are spread across India & Sweden

- Establish good collaboration with Project stakeholders

- High Focus on employee engagement and Skills development

- Proven experience in developing and coaching people.

- Strong experience from working in an IT delivery organization including solid knowledge about project management & tools or Maintenance management

- Experience from working with SAP, preferably in Finance related modules

- Experience in a Leading People role or other relevant leadership role will be an advantage.
