Key Responsibilities :
- Leading timely deliverables including presentations & financial bids, RFI / RFP /RFQ responses for Prospect/Customers/leads during the sales cycle in any two of the following areas: Data & Analytics / Customer Experience / Intelligent Automation / IOT / Mobility / Modern Workplace / Application Development and Support
- Participating & coordinating closely with internal teams (Leadership, Sales, Delivery, Finance, and other teams) to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
- Proactively scopes the framework solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers' met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
- Proactively proposes/comes-up with new Business models to appropriately position products/services within customer's budgets.
- Keeping track of response timelines, and raising appropriate alerts for any delay/violations of process, to ensure timelines would be met.
- Ensuring the proposed techno-commercial solution adheres to any internal profitability/productivity & other thresholds target as appropriate.
- Updating the knowledge base / content repository and obtaining inputs from various stakeholders/solution architects (including operations) that can be leveraged to create competitive advantage during the sales cycle.
- Keeping abreast of market information and trends and ensuring organizational alignment and communication
- Proficiency in Customer and competitive research
