Backed by an established conglomerate and founded in 2022 by a successful entrepreneur who carries many years of experience in this field, this Mumbai based company is associated with a very well-known Bollywood actress. The products are sold through its own website as well as popular ecommerce portals.
As a Digital Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for establishing and carrying out a solid execution plan and strategy for performance marketing.
What you will do:
- Optimizing spending and advertising across all digital channels (Social, Google, Ecommerce platforms) to maximise ROI
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Successful planning, execution, and optimisation for important traffic KPIs using sponsored, organic channels
- Locating and evaluating new channels to maintain or improve important performance indicators and metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & presenting results
- Continuously testing and iterating your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us
- Optimising ad delivery, landing page conversion and under experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible
- Being in control of setting your KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation
What you need to have:
- 4+ years experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role
- Experience in working on landing pages, blogs, SEO/SEA, email campaigns, social media and display marketing
- A knack for identifying target audiences and you know where to find them to encourage engagement and conversions
- Good knowledge on Google Marketing tools (Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag manager, Trends)
- Good knowledge on Meta Marketing tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer Knowledge(Must)
