key responsibilities -
1) Awareness of the functioning and management of the Risk services for the company
2) Knowledge on Building Verification & Validation services of technology solutions & processes using a combination of Automation and Manual Testing for the Credit platforms.
3)Good understanding and knowledge of entire product lifecycle.
4) Making sure Provide second level support, adhering to Safe, Sound and Secure principles with a focus on stability and resiliency including Environment, Release and Transition Activities.
Must Have :
- Experience in building new team from start to new location.
- Good understanding of Global Team management as well as operating model.
- Team management skills
- Technological know how especially in the Digital space including not limited to SAP, Credit Platforms, Service Management, Cloud, Support and other areas.
- Responsible for the end to end digital security and digital progress for the entire Digital Technology team.
