Digital Operations Manager - FMCG - India/Africa/Europe

KRA's:

To streamline and drive the implementation and deployment of the digital initiatives on the Regional Digital Plan, in support of the region-wide digital strategies, full web & mobile digital portfolio, and our three sub-region's Annual Operation Plans to ensure increased speed and efficiency in bringing to market and delivery of qualitative, improved user experiences.

This role will collaborate across multiple functions leveraging and optimising the tools, processes, and best practices to develop efficient operations.

Technical experience required:

- Experience in managing and driving delivery of successful digital programs or concurrent complex projects with globally distributed teams: defining and communicating plannings, managing project resources to ensure on-time, on quality and on budget implementation.

- Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent Project Management skills and proven experience with PM methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence

- Understanding of digital technologies and technical procedures such as UAT, Deployment, SLA, staging and production systems etc.

- Understanding of basics of HTML, PHP, Java, Flash, HTML5 etc.
