- 4-8 years of related performance marketing or paid acquisition experience Social and digital.
- Hands-on experience to manage Google and Social media platforms(FB, IG, Linkedin, Twitter etc) campaign and back end campaign set-up understanding.
- A passion for Marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out.
- Team Driven: be able to create and present campaign reports and new initiatives to internal teammates, Especially drive digital agency for an upscale performance and follow-up for campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the latest trends/challenges/capabilities in the direct buying display & retargeting fields
- Broad understanding of the programmatic media landscape; ability to make targeting and tactical recommendations to accomplish various marketing goals
- Working knowledge of display & retargeting vendors.
- Sync with HQ for budgets billing closings etc.
- Brief Experienced in ad creation within Google DV360, both standard and rich media
- Experience & knowledge of the DoubleClick platform
- Assisting team members in managing daily operations of the paid display, organic and paid social media as well as SEM
- Excellent cross-functional skills especially around your ability to influence others.
- Strong analytical ability and are an advanced Excel nerd
- Ability to analyse performance data for optimizations
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
- The capability to synthesize sophisticated ideas into impactful recommendations for senior executives
