- We are a political consulting organization that is working with a leading National Political Party on strategizing and operationalizing various political campaigns and initiatives.

- We seek to professionalise politics, political campaigns and electioneering in India in the coming decade. Our focus is on innovative citizen-centric advocacy through data and technology driven tools.

- The team comprises former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals and other professionals from similar, yet diverse, backgrounds. The team has the experience of working on several successful political campaigns across the country at both the state and national levels.

Position Description :

The role is similar to those in a large digital marketing, communication and advertising agencies. However, given the political nature of the client, it will stand you in good stead to note the following :

- You will have an opportunity to experiment and spearhead various approaches to digital campaigning at varying scales, and expected to lead these initiatives upfront. While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also raises expectations on maintenance of confidentiality, innovation and creativity, display of exemplary program management skills and most importantly, on performance.

- You will have a lot more autonomy work-wise coupled with less interference, but it also requires you to be a self-starter with strong problem solving, and project management skills.

The role would be multifaceted and would require the following of the candidate :

Marketing :

- Monitoring and analysing market sentiments to design digital campaigns,

- Audience classification by user segments based on behaviour, demographics and usage patterns, and identification of modes of communication (both platforms and content).

Reputation management :

- Performing online reputation audits for online and offline campaigns,

- Managing crisis communications through online press rooms and digital volunteers.

Social Media :

- Creating daily social media audit reports for senior management updates,

- Crafting the content strategy and presenting it to senior management,

- Developing and executing comprehensive engagement strategies to increase online digital support,

- Building online groups, forums, communities and social networks.

Mobility :

- Designing and executing strong mobile campaigns to leverage the reach of mobiles with integrated WhatsApp, SMS, Missed Calls, IVRS and Call Centre based campaigns,

- Creating and managing databases of Mobile numbers and cataloguing the database on socio-economic and political parameters.

Vendor management and internal resource management. :
