We have an Excellent Opportunity with a leading Advertising agency in Bangalore for Digital Media Buyer   Position: Sr. Media Supervisor (Digital)  Job description:  Responsibilities:  - Participate in all aspects of clients' media campaigns  - Craft intelligent paid media programs in conjunction with other media disciplines  - Guide and drive digital (including mobile) media planning across accounts   - Work as part of cross-functional agency team to develop and implement plans that measurably drive brand and demand   - Serve as source for best practices - within Agency and among Clients   - Work closely with creative and account teams   - Research and lead the adoption of progressive and out-of-the-box digital media approaches and channels/venues   - Assist in formulating, writing and presenting campaign/media recommendations   - Implement and optimize media plan   - Monitor, analyse and report on campaign results: Work closely with the team to prepare detailed and effective campaign reports to optimize campaigns; communicating the results of campaigns to clients and account team   - Manage budgets, authorizations, reconciliations  - Develop relationships with online publishers, negotiating effectively and analysing various pricing models to deliver the best campaign possible.   - Drive organic growth for existing client  - New business development  - Stay abreast of industry advances and share with the team  Requirements:  - 6+ years of media planning of which at least 4 years should be in the area of digital  - Conversant with demand generation techniques   - Interest and knowledge in SEM/SEO and Web 2.0 social marketing techniques   - Ability to work on multiple projects with short deadlines   - Experience analysing complex data, market research and formulating actionable plans   - Strong verbal, written, presentation, analytical, communication and time management skills   - Strong quantitative and analytical skills and an ability and desire to understand various business models  - Ability to provide strong case studies (both successes and setbacks)  - Experience with 3rd Party Ad servers   - Extreme detail orientation, as well as organization, enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment   - The ability to work well with a team; function as a leader and also work independently   - Proven competence of leading and mentoring teams  In case you are interested and possess relevant Digital Media Buying experience, please forward CV with the following details urgently:  Current CTC: Expected CTC: Reason for Change: Notice Period: Date of birth:  Tanu Dhawan +91 7506093799
