Key Responsibilities :

- Build, develop, and deliver strategic omni-channel marketing plans across paid media, owned media and earned media

- Drive frameworks for performance-driven branding

- Be the subject matter expert, particularly in the areas of digital marketing and CRM

- Hands-on capability to create campaign landing page using 3rd party tools and optimize the experience using A/B testing to maximize response rates

- Continually monitor current marketing trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies and then translate them into new marketing ideas

- Develop a strong understanding of differences in marketing strategy across verticals and geos and influence GTM for the same

- Ensure meaningful & tangible value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions, skills, capabilities, and original thinking

- Identify hypothesis and develops test strategies to collect key data points and measurements to develop marketing best practices and product roadmap

- Optimize marketing performance through customer journey mapping, customer insight development, transformational roadmaps & blueprints and value case development

- Maintain media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization and invoice reconciliation

- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to the marketing goals

- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

Skills, Qualifications and Experience :

- Have a Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally in engineering discipline and 5+ years of Channel Planning or equivalent, including Digital Marketing Conceptual and execution knowledge

- Strong experience with channel planning (Paid Media, Earned Media & Owned Media)

- Experience with Ad Operations - Building campaigns across channels, building campaign specific landing pages & response rate optimizations via A/B Testing

- Strong Experience with Google Ads and Facebook

- Experience with Programmatic, Email marketing & LinkedIn is a huge plus

- Have strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to Campaigns Performance objectives, providing a basis for measurement of the digital activities

- Have superb problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent

- Have an appetite for Risk and should be a strong decision-maker

- Have the ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving marketing goals

- Have high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

- Have excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously
