About our Client: Our client is a global retail leader recognized among the most valuable brands world over in their domain of business. They have aggressive growth plans for India which will be driven by digital initiatives besides traditional business and want to become market leaders within the portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to engage consumers across online, social media and mobile channels.

Job Description: Reporting to the Brand Communication Lead, the key accountabilities will be:

- Creating engagement and driving deeper connections with consumers in compelling ways with the brand through the year through seasonal digital brand executions

- Develop and execute digital plans, according to category objectives and digital brand strategy, positioning the company at the center of everything done

- Building a substantial fan base across social media platforms and achieving a leadership position in the respective categories

- Analysis of company websites, social platforms, and platforms besides establishing metrics and tracking towards the same on a regular basis

- Partner up with the commerce team in delivering the most premium, innovative and engaging brand and product experiences

- Working closely with the digital and media agencies in India and global stakeholders on plans and weekly content updates

- Securing constant development in way the company connects and engages with the consumers through digital touch points, including community executions with overseeing day to day community management where applicable

- Share monthly reports with the team - on categories and stories

The Successful Candidate:

- 5-8 years of targeted Digital Marketing exposure across Online, Social Media and Mobile Channels. Experience in content is highly desirable and the incumbent must have prior experience in digital and/or community activations at leading consumer centric companies.

- Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills coupled with excellent understanding of digital and social landscape, trends and consumer social behaving is a must.

- Candidates from digital end of agency set ups will be considered.

- The role involves being able to coordinate with other functions, departments, external stakeholders, etc. besides having good judgment and decision making skills.
