Relevance of the Role :
- Co-creating and scaling service lines: Based on the need of market the DMS is responsible for creating new service offerings to prospective clients along with existing assets and the product team
- Onboarding new clients: the DMS will be responsible for acquiring new clients while working with other relevant stakeholders
- Formulating and executing campaigns for clients:
- The DMS will be responsible for formulating and executing the entire e-commerce marketing strategy, tracking relevant KPIs to measure campaign success and sharing updates with the client
- They will also manage the marketing spends of the clients along with driving the media planning and buying
- The DMS will also be responsible for relaying insights as to what are the challenges and drivers of growth and with the help of PPC experts and ORM executives reporting to them

Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
- The DMS will be responsible for strategizing the marketing activities along with planning the client's marketing spends
- They will also plan, execute, optimize, and report on all CPC and CPM campaigns relevant to our clients (to be done with a PPC expert)
- They must analyze the existing digital marketing capabilities and suggest relevant solutions to improve performance in a cost-effective manner
- Work closely with the tech team in giving requirements to enable automation in day to day tasks for the clients
- They will strategize, create, and track performance of various ORM activities such as E mail marketing, sentiment analysis (to be done with a ORM Executive)
- They take charge in managing and building a team of executives in the Digital Marketing function as per the requirement
- They will need to work in Cross functional team to curate relevant service lines, as well as onboard new clients
- Onboard new tools and software for better optimization and speed
Knowledge and Experience required :
- A bachelor's degree is required while an MBA degree is good to have
- At least 4 years of experience in managing Digital Marketing activities with deep knowledge of the various targeting options and campaign intricacies on platforms namely Amazon, Flipkart and Google is a must
- Experience in a client management role in an ad agency or a digital marketing role of an in-house brand is required
- Expertise in Microsoft excel, word and power-point along with Google sheets and Google Docs is important
- Knowledge of Search engine Optimization
- Having strong multitasking skills; being able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong data interpretation skills and communication in English (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills
- Should demonstrate good organization skills and ability to effectively manage time with a proactive personality and self-driven with a positive outlook
- Must take ownership and has whatever it takes attitude and is enthusiastic about learning in startups
