About The Role:

- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

- Candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING:

- You'll be leading all our digital advertising initiatives across the entire funnel starting from driving brand awareness & engagement to getting more eye-balls on our content or driving direct sales demand.

- You'll be working closely with the respective teams to make the most of our ad spend.

- You'll also be in constant search for new channels to - hack growth-

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION:

- We want our prospects to come to us rather than us going to them - and you- ll be playing a key role in making that happen.

- Leading the entire SEO efforts, you'll be responsible for making sure we are on the #1 position on all search engines - big or small.

- You'll be writing the first playbook for leveraging SEO to unlock growth in the B2B enterprise space in Asia.

- You'll support and be supported by the content team to utilise SEO for brand awareness and demand generation across all our target geographies.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT:

- You'll be managing day-to-day web operations, make sure it never breaks or slows down, add more pages, optimise existing ones and everything else required to make sure that every visitor is WOW-ed by the web experience

MARKETING ANALYTICS:

- You'll be expected to measure and report and have a plan for a better 2.0 execution at any given time, for any given program.

Who Should Apply?

- You have 2 - 5 years of working experience in digital marketing. You have worked with ad budgets at a scale of 15L+ per year. We are looking for someone to understand the complexities which come with scale and not just theoretical understanding.

- You have worked on the google ads platform for at least 2 years. If you have run LinkedIn ads, it's an advantage!

- You- re good at analysing and measuring. You understand key marketing & SaaS metrics.

- You have worked with SEO for at least 2 years and have ranked a website in the first page of Google for medium to high difficulty keywords.

- If you have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, & Javascript development it- ll work to your advantage. However, this is not a must have!

- You love testing and trying out newer marketing technologies. While we appreciate the curiosity for new martech, you must have worked on Google Analytics, CRO, and Marketing Automation tools. Hubspot is a ++

- You love learning new trends in marketing and implementing them.
