The role of a Digital Marketing Specialist is to develop and implement digital strategy. This role involves closely working with Country Marketing, APAC Marketing and Digital Marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Digital Marketing Strategy - Social Media / SEO / SEM
- Content Marketing
- Campaign Management
- Agency Management
Accountability 1: Digital Marketing Strategy
- Understand the consumer insights and develop digital strategies to get more candidates ( prospects lead generation)
- Design, build, main and grow our presence in social media
- Drive brand choice through all digital channels
- Drive traffic to website
- Work closely with marketing team to ideate and implement the digital strategies
- Work closely with APAC Marketing (Digital) team in developing the strategy
Accountability 2: Content Marketing
- Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention
- Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
- Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both brand and content
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry, both from candidates and recipients
Accountability 3: Campaign Management
- Developing a campaign that drives traffic, improves customer engagement, leads and sales
- Work closely with marketing automation team to link the lead generation activities with platforms
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control
- Measure ROI of the campaign
Accountability 4: Agency Management
- Work with digital marketing agency closely to implement plans
- Provide inputs and monitor the work done by the agency
- Period review meeting with agency and prepare high level summary
- Co-ordinate with APAC
- Relentlessly seeks, shares and adopts ideas and best practices in and outside the Company and embraces change introduced by others
- Develops new insights into solutions that result in organizational improvements; promotes a work environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation and rational risk-taking
- Follow relevant quality procedures in order to deliver quality products and services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement.
- Contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverables
