Designation : Digital Marketing Specialist for a leading pharma client
Location : Bangalore
In this role you will be part of a growing team which ensures exceptional growth of e-commerce channel. Specifically, in this role you will be mainly responsible for building and leading execution of strategic Digital Marketing Programs in the India region.
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Tactical Implementation: Responsible for providing expertise and support in planning and execution of digital marketing strategy (e.g. Email, Search, Social, Paid Media, User Experience, Content Marketing) to drive demand among end users.
- Customer Digital Journey: Build E2E Digital Marketing Program Execution Plan by leading Customer Journey Mapping and Communication Touch Points Prioritization.
- Coordinate with Global & Country Teams: Manage E2E program execution and work with Global & country teams to ensure those programs are implemented in time.
- Differentiated Customer Experience: Drives customer-centric thinking for integrated and digital marketing as an advocate for end-user across touchpoints to deliver a relevant and differentiated customer experience.
- Digital Marketing SPOC: Act as the point person for assigned initiative to prioritize Digital Marketing and Experience projects from ideation to execution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Leverage technology and analytics capabilities (POS data/MA) by Identifying and activating cross sell and upsell opportunities.
- Digital Marketing Analytics: Monitor and review online customer metrics and work with teams to adjust strategy and tactics accordingly.
- Tools & Technologies: Understand the digital marketing platforms (incl. Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads etc), marketing automation and CRM tool (Eloqua), leads/sales tracking platform (eg. SFDC) to build effective programs.
Required/Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Has a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
- 5 or more years of digital marketing campaign management experience including campaign development, media & creative strategies.
- Experienced in analyzing digital/marketing results and optimizing to improve conversion.
- Experienced in building Integrated/Digital Marketing plans .
- Experienced in working in a regional role or working with multiple countries.
- Good sense of responsibility and integrity.

- Tenacious and enthusiastic, and results-driven.
- Strong influencing, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
