Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

- Manage and optimize our social media presence across various platforms.

Content Creation & Management:

- Create compelling and engaging content (text, images, and videos) for our digital channels.

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Analytics & Optimization:

- Utilize web analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

- Generate insightful reports to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives and inform future plans.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (e. , design, sales) and external partners.

- Clearly communicate digital marketing strategies and campaign outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.

- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and platforms (e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

- Experience with web analytics tools (e., Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data.

- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices to optimize online presence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.

- A creative and analytical mind with a passion for exploring new digital marketing trends and technologies.

- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management is a plus
