We are hiring for the position of Social Media Specialist for a famous Healthcare.
Location - Mumbai (Andheri)
Role and Responsibilities-
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence (FBK, Google My Business, Insta, LinkedIN, Twitter); expand organic & paid reach
- Create, curate, and manage all published content on social media
- Good creative writing skills.
- Preparing Social Calendar - copy and creative
- Sync with vendors and internal teams to optimize website content and periodically update it
- Maintain and optimize Google Business Listings
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Create and manage an online review funnel to register reviews & respond accordingly.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) ; tweak strategy as needed
- Manage paid campaigns creative and copy requirements and performance,
- Manage listing platforms like Just Dial, Practo,
- Evaluate emerging technologies; brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Skills-
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the advent field - Digital Marketing
- Demonstrable experience in a pertinent managerial position, preferably in Marketing domain.
- Excellent understanding of latest Digital Marketing concepts & best practices - market research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, etc.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of various web analytics tools - FB Insights & Analytics, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness & compliance standards & policies
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Assertive and clear style of communication
- Analytical mindset and data-driven thinking
- Strategic thinking style, honesty, and ethics in business dealings
- Top-notch supervisory and conflict resolution skills
