Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and meta descriptions, and build high-quality backlinks.
- Analyze website traffic data and identify opportunities for organic growth through SEO optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithms.
Lead Generation & Online Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted online marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions.
- Utilize social media marketing and other online channels to reach your target audience.
- Manage and analyze online marketing campaigns by tracking performance metrics and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
Web Analytics & Content Management:
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance.
- Analyze data to gain insights into customer engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update content management systems (CMS) to ensure website functionality and user experience.
- Assist in creating content (blog posts, landing pages) aligned with SEO best practices.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, sales) and external partners.
- Clearly communicate SEO strategies, online marketing campaigns, and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and lead generation strategies.
- Proven track record of improving website ranking and organic traffic through SEO optimization.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and experience with data analysis tools (e.g , Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
