- The design, implementation and management of diverse digital marketing communication strategies.
- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform digital communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
- Creating, managing and updating all e-marketing materials and collateral in line with brand identity, including website, microsites, e-brochures, applications
- Implementing online marketing activities including paid digital campaigns, social media management, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
- Tracking effectiveness of various online campaigns - organic, performance and programmatic. Analyzing metrics, preparing reports, identifying and applying trends and innovations to our business
- Managing digital communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
- Responsible for ROI of digital marketing budgets in the form of reach, engagement and leads.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing including paid digital media / programmatic, social media management, email marketing, content development, CRM, website management, SEO and SEM.
- Familiarity with financial planning, digital media buying and strategy. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills. Adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively independently and as a highly resourceful team player under pressure and within deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, and ability to take initiative and manage projects assigned through completion with minimal supervision
- A Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
- Diploma or certificate courses in digital marketing, SEO, performance and /or programmatic
