1. Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth.
2. Leverage the email marketing platform to create, test, and refine compelling email campaigns targeting different customer segments.
3. Implement organic social media growth strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website.
4. Keep up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
5. Apply a solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles to improve
website performance and user experience.
6. Conduct SEO audits, and keyword research, and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search engine rankings.
7. Analyze campaign performance and metrics, and optimise based on insights to improve ROI.
8. Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment and achieve marketing and sales goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within D2C e- commerce industry.
3. Experience with Shopify platform preferred.
4. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and proven experience with organic social growth strategies.
5. Solid understanding of CRO, SEO, and current marketing trends and strategies.
Preferred:
1. Experience with other digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
2. Certification in digital marketing or related field.
