Responsibilities:

o Design and architect multi-channel/omnichannel digital marketing solutions tailored to the Pharma/Healthcare industry.

o Develop and implement CLM strategies to optimize customer journeys and engagement.

o Evaluate and recommend digital marketing technologies and platforms.

o Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

o Lead the implementation of digital campaigns across various channels (web, mobile, social, email, etc.

o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.

o Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

o Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

o Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign effectiveness.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, IT) to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives.

o Provide guidance and support to internal teams on digital marketing best practices.

o Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.

o Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical guidelines (e.g, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.

o Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5-6 years specializing in multi-channel/omnichannel solutions and CLM.

- Proven experience working as a solution specialist/architect for digital marketing solutions.

- Strong understanding of the Pharma/Healthcare industry and its digital marketing landscape.

- Expertise in digital marketing technologies and platforms.

- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

- Excellent understanding of CLM principles and best practices.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
