Summary:
- We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our online presence and drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, e-commerce business and managing multiple campaigns across various channels, and measuring the success of your efforts to optimize performance and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer pain points, and competitor strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for all digital marketing activities.
Channel Management:
- Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Create and manage engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, engagement, and community.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media platforms.
Analytics & Reporting:-
- Track and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
- Generate comprehensive reports and insights to inform future marketing decisions.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and developers to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing strategy with broader business goals.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Expertise in multiple digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
