A leading Digital Media organization is looking for Digital Marketing Manager
- You will devise, implement, track and optimize campaigns across all digital channels for TWC, TWC Group Companies & Clients.
- This role involves managing all paid marketing initiatives across search, display ad social media for both desktop and mobile acquisition programs.
Responsibilities :
- You will plan and execute a full spectrum of performance advertising activities and helping determine which partners we should be testing, how to better measure ad effectiveness, and lead the digital advertising strategy at TWC.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Competitor analysis, market trends
- Campaign set-up, implementation, monitoring
- Develop and manage media plans for all campaigns and clients
- Trafficking and executing on media plans
- Optimization during ad campaign
- Delivering post campaign performance reports
- Tracking & optimizing all performance campaigns
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and multivariate tests
- Collaborate with marketing teams on developing advertising goals for campaigns
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize user experience of landing pages
- Continually monitor and suggest improvements for the usability, content and conversion points of the company website to support the company's growth objectives.
- Optimizing targeted keywords for Google & audience segments for Facebook
- Manage existing vendors and identify new vendors such as ad networks and publishers
- Partner with design, product & tech teams for campaign planning & analysis
- Ensuring campaigns deliver on target metrics such as traffic, leads, conversions and reach
Skills & Experience :
- Need to have experience working with multiple ad buying platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, 3rd Party Adserving and DSP)
- Experience with Web Analytics and Data Management Platforms including Google analytics, Adwords editor, Facebook power editor, analytics tools like MAT, Localytics, HasOffers & Sensor Tower
- A track record of managing large scale campaigns end to end for in PPC, display & social media for both B2C & B2B programs
- Experience managing SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- 4 - 6 years of experience working with Google Adwords, ad networks and Facebook Advertising
- Pro at Microsoft excel and reporting
- Agency experience is preferred
- Excellent analytical capabilities
