Our client is a renowned tea brand that has its legacy treasured for nearly 80 years. It brings to the customers' pure home-grown tea products directly to the cup without the hassles of middlemen. Their sole purpose is to source the best teas from the gardens within 72 hours of production while ensuring that the earnings are retained in the regions and farmers get their due. The team has also launched a social initiative that pledges a part of revenue towards the education of the farmers' children.
The team is backed by eminent angel investors and it provides an online-first delivery service. Apart from India, the teas are also exported and countries like the USA, Russia and Europe are its major markets. The founder has been named in the 30 Under-30 Forbes Entrepreneur list and wants to focus on reworking the traditional supply chain and leveraging technology to its best use.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing marketing strategies and enhancing the customer experience, and driving online traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline.
What you will do:
- Taking full ownership of campaign execution based on the brief for reaching a specific target audience/persona
- Working on improving ROI, Bidding, online page clicks, PPC, promoting, branding, SEO/SEM activities, etc.
- Understanding the requirements and lead the team in the right direction
- Measuring and tracking performance of marketing campaigns against goals and objectives
- Owning campaign optimization post-launch and continuously tweak to achieve better results
- Ensuring the ad content is fresh, relevant, and updated in an ever-changing, competitive online advertising landscape
- Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designing, building and maintaining the company's social media presence.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
- Evaluating emerging technologies.
- Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Min 4+ yrs of exp on end to end digital marketing.
- Has strong exp on improving ROI, Bidding, online page clicks, PPC, promoting, branding, SEO/SEM activities, etc
- Startup mindset: we're all rolling up our sleeves
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of marketing experience with direct-to-consumer brands.
- Experience within a high-growth start-up a big plus.
- Exp in bidding for ads on various platforms
- Exp in all kinds of marketing trends and reports and analysis
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 15,00,000 to 20,00,000
